Executive Chair

I have an executive type chair in my office, I use.but is too large, ie too far from the backrest of the chair (especially the seat) so I can not sit comfortably on your chair with mesh back support I've attached it. becomes so my back does not support out of the chair, can not sit back and I'm forced to just sit on the bench does anyone know any methods / tools to help me and solve the problem, so I have the right support and positioned to receive while sitting on my chair?
